Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier. We don't ship outside South Africa.
Delivery cost
You pay the actual courier cost, which is worked out at checkout from your address and the size of your order.
Collection
You can also collect from our nursery in Lynnwood, Pretoria, by appointment.
Delivery protection
Plants are living things, and couriers can be rough. At checkout you can add optional delivery protection for 25% of your cart value.
- With delivery protection: if your order arrives damaged or is lost, we'll give you a full refund.
- Without delivery protection: we can't refund or replace plants that are damaged or lost in transit. The risk is yours.

Reporting damage
If your protected order arrives damaged, email hello@bushlily.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the plants and the packaging.
Returns
Because plants are living, we don't accept returns of healthy plants. If you receive the wrong plant, email us within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
